RULES OF SHOE CARE

  1. Choose shoes that match the shape and size of your foot to prevent squeezing.
  2. The use of shoe spoons when wearing shoes is necessary to prevent abrasion of the heel threads.
  3. New shoes need waterproof treatment to protect them from external influences. In wet weather, it is recommended to impregnate several times a week.
  4. Genuine leather shoes should be cleaned only with appropriate means: a damp cloth or a cleansing balm. Do not rinse with water.
  5. Genuine leather shoes should be protected from rain and not worn wet.
  6. It is recommended to dry shoes at room temperature. Do not dry the skin in front of an open fire, radiator or oven, as it will become dry, hard and brittle.
  7. Shoes made of natural suede and nubuck must be cared for with the help of appropriate means.
  8. Patent leather shoes should be worn at a temperature of at least -5 degrees below zero.
  9. Patent leather and light-colored shoes can change color when exposed to direct sunlight.
  10. It is not recommended to wash rubber shoes (or rubber-based shoes) in a washing machine. Do not store such shoes in extreme heat or in the sun. Do not dry your shoes in front of the radiator or with the help of other drying devices – high temperature can lead to its deformation (size change).
  11. We do not recommend washing textile shoes in the washing machine. Do not wear such shoes in rainy weather. Do not dry wet shoes near the radiator or use other drying devices – high temperatures can cause fading or discoloration.
  1. It is recommended to monitor the condition of shoes and repair them in a timely manner.
  2. Protect the shoes from sharp objects that can damage the surface of the shoes, as well as from chemical products, acids, solvents, etc.
  3. IMPORTANT. Defects such as worn soles, wear or defects caused by non-compliance with the rules of shoe care, as well as minor defects that do not affect the wearing of shoes, are not considered defects.
  4. The warranty does not apply to minor repairs, replacement of trim, footrests, insoles.
  5. The refund is not carried out if the shoes have already been worn for some time and you do not like the size, model or shoes are uncomfortable.

When returning shoes, proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.) is required.

RULES FOR THE CARE OF LEATHER/ SUEDE AND OTHER PRODUCTS

  1. We remind you that all leather goods (clothing, haberdashery) are subject to minor staining.
  2. It is recommended to clean, care for and paint leather products only after they are cleaned of dust. To protect leather products, it is recommended to cover them with a cotton or linen bag; hang them on a hanger in a cool dark place.
  3. Leather products have a thin protective layer, so they should not be cleaned often. It is recommended to apply a special impregnating compound to new leather clothing.
  4. To test the leather care product should be used only on the inside (under the collar, in pockets, on the inner seams).
  5. Wearing leather clothing in rainy weather is not recommended. If you cannot avoid rainy weather, it is recommended to dry wet leather clothing with a soft cloth and dry it at room temperature, hanging it on a hanger away from heat-emitting devices.
  6. Colored skin may lose its color when exposed to direct sunlight.
  7. Clothing made of leather, suede and felt often has worn collars and cuffs.

This happens as a result of the product’s contact with human skin, Such clothes are recommended to be cleaned regularly with a brush with a short hairline. Wrinkled, non-glossy and dirty areas can be cleaned with a special brush, an eraser for suede surfaces.

  1. Porous, soft skin is recommended to be cleaned regularly with a special cloth. This removes impurities and gives the skin a more lively appearance.
  2. It is useful to clean leather products with glycerin from time to time, especially cuffs and collars, to give them shine.
  3. It is recommended to regularly clean the sheepskin coat from the inside with a soft damp cloth and comb it with a brush, as it tends to wear off, leaving hairs on light-colored clothes.
  4. It is recommended to vacuum new suede clothes after purchase to collect dust from skin treatment.
  5. Suede skirts and trousers should be hung on special hangers with a belt to prevent the formation of folds.
  6. Pay attention to the care products that you use for leather and shoes to avoid damage – use only proven and recommended care products!
  7. Like wool, Kashmir requires care. New goods that consist of kashmir or wool may wear out (clump). After the second or third wash, the pilling should disappear. The appearance of lumps is not a defect of clothing, it is a property of all natural wool. To remove lumps, you can use a soft brush.

RULES FOR THE CARE OF HANDBAGS AND PURSES

  1. There are special products for the care of leather bags and purses, the most common of which are gels and lotions for skin care.

Both are designed to protect the handbag’s skin from environmental influences. They work in a similar way, creating a special protective film on the leather of the handbag, which protects the leather of the handbag/purse or suede from moisture, fading, abrasion and drying.

  1. ATTENTION. These products should only be applied to a completely clean purse/purse. Care products should be immediately applied to a purse/purse that has not been worn since the purchase. If you have already carried a handbag/purse, first clean it from dirt and dust, and then apply a protective agent.
  2. Carry-on bags/purses should not be stored among other items, as the skin of the bag/purse should breathe.
  3. In order for a handbag (made of leather or other materials used in production) to retain its shape, it should be stored in an upright position. To prevent the appearance of dust, the handbag should be stored in a special protective bag or cotton cover.
  4. Do not keep sharp or pointed objects in your handbag (made of leather or other materials used in production). If you do not have a pen case, make sure that your pens are always covered with a lid. Pens and feathers not only pierce the fabric, but also often leave ink stains.
  5. Always keep the manicure accessories closed in the cosmetic case.
  6. Keep all vulnerable items – keys, phone accessories, etc. – in special bags or boxes.
  7. Never overload your bag (made of leather or other materials used in production). The bag or its handle may tear from excessive weight.
  8. Never touch a handbag/purse (made of leather or other materials used in production) if you have just applied cream or lotion to your hands. Wait until the cosmetic product is absorbed into the skin.
  9. Do not leave your handbag/purse (made of leather or other materials used in production) in direct sunlight.
